An artsy scarf and a silly hat

*Drum roll*
Ladies and gentlemen, I present you - the new P2.

Looks completely the same, doesn't it?
Status quo:
  • The engine is going to be in the back (duuh)
  • The frame has just a couple of tubes at the moment, it's nowhere near the finished state. The engine compartment is just a place holder, because I don't have the exact dimensions of the engine yet.
  • The fuel tank is placed  between the seats and the engine, therefore it had to be covered with some body panels. (That's too bad, because I really liked the descending line that used to cover the side of the car)
  • I had to cover a bit of the front as well, to protect the mechanical and electrical parts from environment.
  • The booth is now in the front
  • Still don't know anything about the rear suspension, have to model the engine first.
I spent most of the time modelling the body first. Just wanted to visualise the final product easier. I like designing, to be honest. Drawing, visualising, trying different shapes. Plus the hat and the scarf (that are a must when you're designing something) keeps me warm. Love it.

So, leave a comment somewhere, tell me what you think. Which design would you prefer? The old one or the new one?
